Hoto and Synata strengthen cooperation
Hoto Engineering and US-based Synata Bio Inc signed an agreement on technology cooperation on May 26, deepening their partnership on a biofuel project.
Synata's Chief Operating Officer Phil Anderson led a delegation to visit Hoto in Shanghai, where they held talks with COO Xu Han on advancing the Sailongtu project.
The project aims to build an industrial-scale facility using synthetic gas bio-fermentation to produce 50,000 tons of anhydrous ethanol annually.
The agreement paves the way for closer technical collaboration.
