More reliability: Enhanced efficiency in 1.2 MTA SFCC catalytic cracking unit
The catalytic cracking SFCC dual-lift riser coupling reaction technology optimizes the capabilities of light oil reaction feedstock. It facilitates the flexible adjustment of regenerated catalyst temperatures and the oil-to-reactant ratio involved in the reaction process.
Consequently, this leads to a reduction in thermal cracking reactions and a decrease in sulfur and olefin content within gasoline.
From an engineering standpoint, the design integrates dual-lift risers, a single settler, and dual distillation towers. This combination not only enhances efficiency but also streamlines the process.
By eliminating one settler unit, significant space and investment savings are achieved, making the system more cost-effective and environmental friendly.
